Dr. Nabil Keith is the founder of Keith Family Medicine and a board-certified Family Medicine Physician. He earned his medical degree from the University of Damascus in 1999 and completed his residency training at Louisiana State University, where he received the Outstanding Resident Award. Dr. Keith also holds certification from the College of Family Physicians of Canada and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) and Georgia Academy of Family Physicians (GAFP).

Dr. Keith has been recognized by GA Top Docs for the years 2022 to 2026, demonstrating his commitment to providing exceptional care. With a primary interest in the care of the whole family, he brings extensive experience from practicing in various settings and countries. Dr. Keith values building personal relationships with his patients and emphasizes the treatment of both physical and mental health. He is skilled in managing patients with multiple comorbidities, particularly geriatric patients and those with mental health concerns and obesity management.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Keith enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and parents, watching football, and enjoying outdoor activities.

 Dr. Megan Appleby is a board-certified Family Medicine Physician and a member of AAFP (American Academy of Family Physicians) and GAFP (Georgia Academy of Family Physicians). She obtained her medical degree from Trinity School of Medicine in 2018 and completed her residency training at Northside Gwinnett, where she served as chief resident.

Dr. Appleby's primary interest lies in continuity of care, recognizing the importance of treating all aspects of her patients. She has a particular focus on women's health issues, musculoskeletal injuries, and managing patients with multiple comorbidities. Prior to her medical career, Dr. Appleby served in the medical corps as a laboratory technician in the Army. She has deployed with the United Nations and served at multiple base locations both domestically and overseas. In recognition of her dedication to patient care and clinical excellence, Dr. Appleby has been honored as a Top Doctor by GA Top Docs for 2025-2026.

Outside of work, Dr. Appleby cherishes spending time with her family and friends, playing card and board games, enjoying water activities, and embracing the outdoors.

Dr. Yulanda Harrison is a board-certified Family Medicine Physician with experience in primary care, urgent care, and emergency medicine. She completed her Family Medicine residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and has cared for patients in a variety of clinical settings. Dr. Harrison has been recognized as an Atlanta Top Doctor for 2025 and 2026.

Dr. Harrison has a special interest in disease prevention, chronic disease management, women's health including perimenopause and menopause, weight management, and mental health. She values patient education and clear communication, helping patients better understand their health and make informed decisions about their care. She also emphasizes the role of nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices in supporting long-term health.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Harrison enjoys exercising, gardening, reading, music, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Joane Buteau is a dedicated and board-certified Physician Assistant with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Florida in undergraduate studies. She furthered her education by completing the Physician Assistant Master's program at the University of Sciences in Philadelphia in 2018. Additionally, she holds a Master's degree in Public Health from Nova Southeastern University.

A proud member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) since 2018, Joane brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as a Family Medicine Physician Assistant. She is committed to fostering strong patient relationships and promoting healthy lifestyle habits to enhance overall well-being.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Joane finds joy in travel and cherishes quality time spent with family. Her commitment to excellence in healthcare is reflected in her continuous pursuit of knowledge and her compassionate approach to patient care.

Kelsey Morkem is a board-certified Physician Assistant and a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA). She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry with a minor in French from Berry College in Rome, Georgia in 2018 and completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Anderson Broaddus University in Philippi, West Virginia in 2021. Born in Truro, Nova Scotia, Canada, Kelsey moved to the United States at the age of seven and became a dual citizen in 2016.

Kelsey has a special interest in women’s health and psychiatry, areas in which she practiced for four years prior to joining Keith Family Medicine. She is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care and believes in treating the whole person by addressing both physical and emotional health. Kelsey takes pride in building strong relationships with her patients and creating a supportive environment where they feel heard and confident in their care.

Outside of medicine, Kelsey enjoys practicing yoga, traveling with her husband, shopping, and exploring new places.

Lida Rajaee, MSN, FNP-BC, earned her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Walden University and is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 18 years of experience in the medical field, spanning various clinical specialties such as Cardiology and Urgent Care. A bilingual professional fluent in English and Persian, she has delivered high-quality care at prestigious institutions like the Cleveland Clinic and Stanford Health Care.

She is an active member of the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and remains a collaborative leader dedicated to improving patient outcomes. Through an empathetic, evidence-based approach, she maintains a strong commitment to providing clinical excellence and serving diverse communities.

Beyond her clinical work, Lida is a life-long learner who enjoys traveling, cooking, and cherishing quality time with her family. Her passion for patient care is reflected in her continuous pursuit of knowledge and her dedication to promoting long-term health and wellness.

Alexis Senu, DNP, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered primary care. She brings more than 10 years of nursing experience to her practice, with an extensive background in Labor and Delivery, as well as experience in aesthetics and wellness.

Alexis earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree with a focus in Family Nurse Practice from Sacred Heart University in Connecticut. She enjoys partnering with patients to help them feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their health and wellness journey.

Proud of her Ghanaian family roots, Alexis values family, culture, and building meaningful connections with others. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband, exploring new destinations, and all things skincare, beauty, and wellness.
