Dr. Nabil Keith is a board-certified Family Medicine Physician and a member of AAFP (American Academy of Family Physicians) and GAFP (Georgia Academy of Family Physicians). He earned his medical degree from the University of Damascus in 1999 and completed his residency training at Louisiana State University, where he received the Outstanding Resident Award. Dr. Keith is also certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and holds a certification from the College of Family Physicians of Canada.
Dr. Keith has been recognized by GA Top Docs for the years 2022 and 2023, demonstrating his commitment to providing exceptional care. With a primary interest in the care of the whole family, he brings extensive experience from practicing in various settings and countries. Dr. Keith values building personal relationships with his patients and emphasizes the treatment of both physical and mental health. In his free time, Dr. Keith enjoys spending quality time with his wife, two kids, and parents, as well as watching football and engaging in outdoor activities.
Dr. Megan Appleby is a board-certified Family Medicine Physician and a member of AAFP (American Academy of Family Physicians) and GAFP (Georgia Academy of Family Physicians). She obtained her medical degree from Trinity School of Medicine in 2018 and completed her residency training at Northside Gwinnett, where she served as chief resident.
Dr. Appleby's primary interest lies in continuity of care, recognizing the importance of treating all aspects of her patients. She has a particular focus on women's health issues, musculoskeletal injuries, and managing patients with multiple comorbidities. Prior to her medical career, Dr. Appleby served in the medical corps as a laboratory technician in the Army. She has deployed with the United Nations and served at multiple base locations both domestically and overseas.
Outside of work, Dr. Appleby cherishes spending time with her family and friends, playing card and board games, enjoying water activities, and embracing the outdoors.
Joane Buteau is a dedicated and board-certified Physician Assistant with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Florida in undergraduate studies. She furthered her education by completing the Physician Assistant Master's program at the University of Sciences in Philadelphia in 2018. Additionally, she holds a Master's degree in Public Health from Nova Southeastern University.
A proud member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) since 2018, Joane brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as a Family Medicine Physician Assistant. She is committed to fostering strong patient relationships and promoting healthy lifestyle habits to enhance overall well-being.

Erica Neely, a board-certified family medicine nurse practitioner and active member of the AANP (American Association of Nurse Practitioners), earned her degree from the University of South Alabama in 2020, completing a dual master's program in Family and Emergency Medicine. Her extensive experience encompasses years of practice in family clinic settings, the emergency room, and intensive care units.
In addition to her medical expertise, Erica is a US Army veteran who served during Operation Iraqi Freedom in Iraq. Neely's diverse background and unwavering dedication reflect a well-rounded and compassionate healthcare professional.

Shelley Martin, a board-certified Adult-Gerontological Primary Care Nurse Practitioner since 2016, received her master’s degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She attended the University of South Alabama earning her bachelor’s degree in nursing and first master’s degree as an Adult-Gerontological Clinical Nurse Specialist/Nurse Educator.
She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and has 20 plus years of experience in cardiology, pulmonary, and internal medicine. Her primary interests include, cardiology, pulmonary, and gerontological care.
